HOW DO YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?
We deliver your order by courier at a rate of £5.00 and deliver to the UK mainland. Orders outside the UK mainland (including the Isle of Man) may be subject to an increased delivery charge, increased delivery time or may be unable to be delivered. In cases where we are unable to deliver, or we do not receive payment for the additional delivery charge, your order will be cancelled and refunded
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
If you aren't present at the time of delivery, a card will be posted through your door providing details to arrange a re-delivery. If the second delivery is missed, or a re-delivery is not arranged within five days of the original delivery attempt, your order will be returned to us. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you about sending the order again. Please be aware that should you want us to send it out for delivery again, an additional delivery charge will be incurred.
